Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter with care and priority.
Exchanges
For a seamless experience, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification.
Items must meet the same return conditions: unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
